A temple is God’s house,
He welcomes us inside
to learn about eternal life
where families can abide.

When we built our God a temple,
we did the finest work we could.
We built with solid stone,
sheer glass and beautiful wood.

When I go to the temple,
It’s a very special day!
There, I learn, I pray, I promise to obey!

There, I promise for my ancestors,
and others I don’t know,
who couldn’t go to temples,
when they lived here long ago.
~
There, each father and each mother,
with each sister and each brother,
can be sealed to each other,
for all eternity.
~
When I go to the temple,
It’s a very special day!
There, I learn, I pray, I promise to obey
